Order Entered: A public hearing shall be held on December 10, 2015, at 9:00 a.m.. Eastern Standard Time, at the Commission's offices at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky, to examine the application of the Fuel Adjustment Clause of Jackson Purchase Energy Corporation ("Jackson Purchase") from November 1, 2014, through April 30, 2015. If no interested party files written notice of its intent to attend this hearing with the Commission by December 7, 2015, this public hearing shall be cancelled and the matter shall be considered submitted for decision based on the evidence in the record. 2.
