Order Entered: The presentation at the KRWA's 2015 Operator EXPO training event to be held on May 12 and May 13, 2015, in Glendale, Kentucky, is accredited and approved for a maximum of six credit hours of water district management training. 2. KRWA shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentations. 3. No later than 30 days after each presentation, KRWA shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed; b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after KRWA's application; c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended; d. A copy of any written material given to water commissioners attending the presentations; and
