Final Order Entered: 1. EKPC's motion requesting that the requirement to file a PJM annual report by May 31 of each year be modified to require the filing by July 31 of each year is granted. 2. The Commission's December 20, 2012 Order in Case No. 2012-00169 is modified to the limited extent that the annual report required to be filed in accordance with ordering paragraph 6 therein shall be filed by July 31 of each year. 3. All other provisions of the Commission's December 20, 2012 Order in Case No. 2012-00169 shall remain in full force and effect.
