In the second full billing month following the date of this Order, LG&E shall decrease its jurisdictional environmental revenue requirement by $326,442 for two months. 3. Beginning in the second full billing month following the date of this Order, LG&E shall use an overall rate of return on capital of 7.04 percent, a tax gross-up factor of 0.643063, a return on equity rate of 10.25 percent, and an overall grossed-up return of 10.07 percent in all future monthly environmental surcharge filings unless directed otherwise by the Commission.

The first sentence of item 1 on page 1 of Appendix B to the Commission's January 20, 2015 Order and ordering paragraph 1 beginning on line 3 of the Commission's January 30, 2015 Order are amended to read: Concerning the rate of return on the two amendments to the environmental compliance plan, calculate any true-up adjustment needed to recognize changes in LG8 E's cost of debt, preferred stock, accounts receivable financing (if applicable), or changes in LG&E's jurisdictional capital structure for the billing period ended February 28, 2014, and the billing period ended August 31, 2014. 2. All other provisions of the Commission's January 20, 2015 and January 30, 2015 Orders not in conflict with this Order shall remain in full force and effect.

Order Entered: 1. Unless otherwise ordered by the Commission, the procedures set forth in 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8, shall be followed when filing papers in this proceeding. 2. Within seven days of the date of this Order, LG8 E shall file a statement as to whether it or its agents waive any right to service of Commission Orders by United States mail. 3. Unless a party granted leave to intervene states its objection to the use of electronic filing procedures in a motion for intervention, the party shall: Be deemed to have consented to the use of electronic filing procedures and the service of all papers, including Orders of the Commission, by electronic means; and b. Within seven days of the date of an Order of the Commission granting its intervention, file with the Commission a written statement that: 1. It waives any right to service of Commission Orders by United States mail; and (2) It, or its authorized agent, possesses the facilities to receive electronic transmissions. 4. If a party objects to the use of electronic filing procedures and the Commission determines that good cause exists to excuse that party from the use of electronic filing procedures, service of documents on that party and by that party shall be made in accordance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 4(8). 5.
