Order Entered: Appendix B of the July 2, 2015 Order is stricken and is replaced by the Amended Appendix B attached to this Order. 2. Kentucky-American Water Company shall have 20 days after entry of this Order, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, to: a. File a separate and distinct tariff for its sewer service; b. Include the rates and effective date for all four phases in the separate and distinct sewer service tariff; and c. Remove from its water tariff any pages referencing sewer services. 3. All provisions of the July 2, 2015 Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect.

Final Order Entered: 1 . Kentucky-American is relieved of the obligation set forth in the December 23, 2014 Order to file a witness list. 2. The sewer service rates set forth in Kentucky-American's original application are denied. 3. Kentucky-American's request for four annual rate increases based on Commission Staff's findings that Kentucky-American could justify a $185,643 increase in the revenue requirement for an overall revenue of $489,559 is granted. 4. The Phase 1 rates set forth in Appendix A to this Order are approved for service rendered by Kentucky-American on and after the date of this Order. 5. The Phase 2 rates set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for service rendered by Kentucky-American effective the day after the first anniversary of the date of this Order. 6. The Phase 3 rates set forth in Appendix C to this Order are approved for service rendered by Kentucky-American effective the day after the second anniversary of the date of this Order. 7. The Phase 4 rates set forth in Appendix D to this Order are approved for service rendered by Kentucky-American effective the day after the third anniversary of the date of this Order. 8. One month prior to the effective date of the Phase 2, Phase 3, and Phase 4 rates, Kentucky-American shall publish a one-time notice following the requirements of 807 KAR 5:076, Section 5.

Order Entered: 1. Within 20 days of entry of the Final Order in this case, KAWC shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, a revised tariff sheet setting out the rates approved for its sewer division. 2. Within 14 days of the date of this Order, KAWC shall publish a one-time notice following the requirements of 807 KAR 5:076, Section 5. The customer notice shall be in the format set forth in the Appendix to this Order. 3. KAWC shall provide proof of publication of the notice to the Commission no later than May 25, 2015. 4. Any motion to intervene based on KAWC's acceptance of the revenue requirements proposed in the Staff Report shall be filed no later than June 8, 2015. 5. The April 28, 2015 Informal conference is cancelled.

Order Entered: 1. Movant's Petition for Confidential Protection is hereby granted. 2. Kentucky-American Water Company's 2013 federal and state income tax returns contained in the attachments to its Application meet the criteria for confidential protection as set forth in KRS 61.878(1)(c)(1),KRS 61.878(1)(k) and KRS 61.878(1)(I), and are hereby granted confidential protection. The materials granted confidential protection shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for an indefinite period of time, or until further Order of this Commission. 3. Use of the materials in question in any Commission proceeding shall be in compliance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. Movant shall inform the Commission if the materials granted confidential protection become publicly available or no longer qualify for confidential treatment. 5. If a non-party to this proceeding requests to inspect materials granted confidential treatment by this Order and the period during which the materials have been granted confidential treatment has not run, Movant shall have 20 days from receipt of written notice of the request to demonstrate that the materials still fall within the exclusions from disclosure requirements established in KRS 61.878. If Movant is unable to make such demonstration, the requested materials shall be made available for inspection. Otherwise, the Commission shall deny the request for inspection.

Order Entered: No later than March 31, 2015, Commission Staff shall file with the Commission and serve upon all parties of record a written report containing its findings and recommendations regarding Kentucky-American's requested rate adjustment. 2. No later than April 14, 2015, or 14 days after the date of the filing of the Commission Staff Report, whichever occurs earlier, each party of record shall file with the Commission: A party's failure to file written objections to a finding or recommendation contained in the Commission Staff Report by April 14, 2015, or 14 days after the date of the filing of the Commission Staff Report, whichever occurs earlier, shall be deemed as an agreement with that finding or recommendation. 6. Unless all parties request that this matter be submitted for decision upon the existing record, an informal conference shall be held in this matter on Tuesday, April 28, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, at the Commission's offices at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky. Each party shall file with the Commission, no later than May 1, 2015, a list of the persons it intends to call as witnesses at the scheduled hearing and a summary of each witness's expected testimony. Any motion to intervene shall be filed no later than January 21, 2015. 13. A person who submits a motion to intervene after January 21, 2015, and upon a showing of good cause is granted full intervention shall accept and abide by the existing procedural schedu
