Order Entered: (1) This proceeding is established to investigate the reasonableness of the proposed revisions. (2) Western Rockcastle shall notify its customers of the revisions in accordance with 807 KAR 5:011, Section 8. (3) Western Rockcastle's proposed revisions are suspended for five months, from September 7, 2014, up to and including February 6, 2015.
