Order Entered: (1) A public hearing shall be held on November 12, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., EST, to examine the application of the Fuel Adjustment Clause of Big Sandy from November 1, 2013, through April 30, 2014. If no interested party files written notice of its intent to attend this hearing by November 7, 2014, hearing shall be cancelled and matter shall be considered submitted for decision based on evidence in the record. (2) Big Sandy shall file, no later than 21 days from date of this Order, an affidavit attesting to its compliance or noncompliance with requirements of 807 KAR 5:056. (3) All documents Big Sandy filed pursuant to 807 KAR 5:056, Section 1(7) and (9), during the period under review are incorporated by reference into the record. (4) Big Sandy shall publish notice no less than seven days or more than 21 days prior to the public hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in its service areas or in a trade publication or newsletter going to all customers. Big Sandy shall also file an Affidavit of Publication of Hearing Notice no later than November 7, 2014. (5) The official record of the proceeding shall be by video only. (6) Any request for intervention must be filed by September 8, 2014. (7) A person who submits a motion to intervene after September 8, 2014, and, upon a showing of good cause, is granted full intervention shall accept and abide by the existing procedural schedule.
