Order Entered: 1. KRWA's annual conference and exhibition, titled "Water ... A Growth Industry!" and held on August 18, 2014, through August 20, 2014, in Louisville Kentucky, is accredited and approved for a maximum of 12 credit hours of water district management training. 2. KRWA shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentation. 3. No later than October 18, 2014, KRWA shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed; b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after KRWA's application; and c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended.
