Order Entered: 1 The schedule of rates set forth in Appendix B to the June 27, 2014 Order is corrected to the limited extent that the minimum bill for 2-inch meters shall be $85.97, as set forth in the Appendix attached to this Order. 2. West Shelby shall send a written notice to each customer served by a 2- inch meter of the corrected rate set forth in the Appendix to this Order. 3. All other provisions of the June 27, 2014 Order shall remain in full force and effect.

Order Entered: The purchased water adjustment of $0.05 per 1,000 gallons is approved. 2. West Shelby's proposed rates are denied. 3. The rates in Appendix B are approved for service rendered on and after July 1,2014. 4. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, West Shelby shall file with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets showing the rates approved herein.
