Order Entered: 1. The GLT rates in the Appendix to this Order are approved for service rendered by LG&E on and after the date of this Order. 2. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, LG&E shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rates approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order. 3. LG&E shall, no less than 60 days prior to the proposed effective date, submit applications to the Commission for all future requests to adjust its GLT program rates.

Order Entered: 1. LG&E's proposed tariff is suspended for five months, up to and including August 31, 2014. 2. Nothing shall prevent the Commission from issuing further Orders prior to the end of the suspension period.
