Order Entered: The Joint Parties have ceased providing natural gas to or for the public for compensation and are no longer operating as a jurisdictional utility as defined in KRS 278.010(3(b) and (c); therefore this case is dismissed as moot. 2. The Joint Parties are put on notice, pursuant to KRS 278.020(1) and KRS 278.990, that any action taken to again provide utility service to the public for compensation without prior Commission approval shall subject them to the penalties provided for under KRS 278.990.
