Order Entered: 1. Todd District's proposed rates are approved. 2. The purchased water adjustment factor of $0.10 per 1,000 gallons is approved. 3. The rates in Appendix B are approved for water service that Todd District renders on or after March 1, 2014. 4. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Todd District shall file with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets showing the approved rates, with an effective date of March 1, 2014.
