Order Entered: 1. KRWA's Eastern Kentucky PRIDE Training that was conducted on December 10-11, 2013, in London, Kentucky, (WT 2013-027) is accredited and approved for a maximum of 12.0 credit hours of water district management training. 2. KRWA's Eastern Kentucky PRIDE Training that will be conducted on January 28-29, 2014, in West Liberty, Kentucky, (WT 2014-001) is accredited and approved for a maximum of 12.0 credit hours of water district management training. 3. KRWA's Eastern Kentucky PRIDE Training that will be conducted on April 23-25, 2014, in Hazard, Kentucky, (WT 2014-002) is accredited and approved for a maximum of 12.0 credit hours of water district management training. 4. KRWA shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentation. 5. Within 30 days of the completion of each training event, KRWA shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed; b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after KRWA's application; and c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended.
