Order Entered: 1. Kenergy's rates as filed in its application are effective, subject to refund, for service rendered on and after February 1, 2014. 2. Kenergy shall maintain its records in such manner as will allow it, the Commission, or any customer to determine the amounts to be refunded, and to whom due, in the event a refund is ordered upon final resolution of this matter. 3. Within 15 days of the date of this Order, Kenergy shall file its tariffs setting forth the rates it is placing into effect and designating those rates as being subject to change and refund.

Order Entered: 1. A hearing in this matter shall be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, in Hearing Room 1 of the Commission's offices at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky. 2. Kenergy Corp. shall publish notice of this hearing in compliance with KRS 424.300 and 807 KAR 5:001, Section 9(2), no more than 21 days and no less than seven days before the day of the scheduled hearing. 3. Pursuant to KRS 278.360 and 807 KAR 5:001, Section 9(9)(a), the record of the formal hearing in this matter shall be by videotape. 4. Commission Staff shall prepare a written list of all exhibits presented at the hearing and shall file this list with the Commission with all hearing exhibits and a copy of the video transcript of the hearing. 5. Any request to cancel or postpone this hearing shall be made by motion filed with the Commission at least one week before the hearing is scheduled to commence.

Order Entered: 1. Kenergy's proposed rates are hereby suspended up to and including April 27, 2014. 2. Should Big Rivers lawfully place its proposed rates into effect on an interim basis subject to refund after the suspension period, Kenergy may simultaneously place its proposed rates into effect on an interim basis subject to refund pursuant to KRS 278.455(2). 3. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, shall be followed. 4. a. All requests for information and responses thereto shall be appropriately bound, tabbed, and indexed and the original and ten copies shall be filed with the Commission, with copies to all parties of record. Any request for information by letter from the Commission Staff shall be responded to as if set forth in a Commission Order. All responses shall include the name of the witness who is responsible for responding to the questions related to the information provided. b. Each response shall be answered under oath or, for representatives of a public or private corporation or a partnership or an association or a governmental agency, be accompanied by a signed certification of the preparer or person supervising the preparation of the response on behalf of the entity that the response is true and accurate to the best of that person's knowledge, information, and belief formed after a reasonable inquiry.
