Order Entered: 1. A hearing shall be scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, 2014, at 10:00 am. Eastern Daylight Time, in Hearing Room 1 of the Commission's offices at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky, and shall continue until completed. 2. Delta shall publish notice of this hearing in compliance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 9(2)(b). At the time publication is requested, Delta shall forward to the Commission a duplicate of each notice and request for publication. 3.
