Order Entered: Movant's motion for confidential protection is hereby granted. 2. The materials for which Movant seeks confidential treatment shall neither be placed in the public record nor made available for public inspection for an indefinite period of time. 3. Use of the materials in question in any Commission proceeding shall comply with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9).

Order Entered: The rates in the Appendix to this Order are approved for final meter readings on and after November 1, 2013. 2. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Atmos shall file with this Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rates approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order.
