Order Entered: 1. Subject to the conditions set forth in ordering paragraphs 2 and 3 of this Order, the proposed transfer of ownership and control of Mallard Point’s facilities to Georgetown is approved. 2. Mallard Point and Georgetown shall notify the Commission in writing of the transfer of assets within ten days of the transfer’s occurrence. 3. Mallard Point shall submit to the Commission using the Commission’s electronic filing system a financial and statistical report as required by 807 KAR 5:006,Section 4, for its operations for the period from January 1, 2013, until the date of transfer of ownership. 4. Any documents filed pursuant to ordering paragraph 2 shall reference this case number and shall be retained in the utility’s general correspondence file. 5. The Executive Director is delegated authority to grant reasonable extensions of time for the filing of any documents required by this Order upon a showing of good cause for such extension.
