Order Entered: 1. The formal hearing in this matter shall be rescheduled to Thursday, March 27, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, in Hearing Room 1 of the Commission's offices at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky. 2. Each party may file with the Commission and serve upon the other parties of record written comments no later than March 7, 2014. 3. Each party shall file with the Commission and serve upon the other parties of record a list of all witnesses that it intends to call at the scheduled hearing and a summary of each witness's expected testimony no later than March 17, 2013. 4.
