Order Entered: 1. Graves District’s request to amend the Commission’s Order of September 27, 2012 in Case No. 2012-00358 is granted. 2. Graves District and Hickory Water District shall execute all documents and perform all other actions necessary to effect the proposed merger no later than February 24, 2013. Their failure to act within this time period shall render the Commission’s approval of the proposed merger null and void. 3. All other provisions of the Order of September 27, 2012 in Case No. 2012-00358 remain in effect.
