Order Entered: CWRS’s Water Auditing and Loss Control Workshop, which will be held in Bowling Green, Kentucky on December 4, 2012, is accredited and approved for a maximum of 6.0 credit hours of water district management training. 2. CWRS shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentation. 3. No later than February 1, 2013, CWRS shall file with the Commission: a, A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed ; b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after CWRS’s application; and c. The name of each attending water district Commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended.
