Order Entered: 1. A public hearing shall be held on 10/1/12 at 10:00 a.m., at the Commission’s offices, to examine the application of the Fuel Adjustment Clause of Grayson RECC (“Grayson”) from 11/1/11 - 4/30/12. 2. Grayson shall file with the Commission an affidavit attesting to its compliance or noncompliance with 807 KAR 5:056. 3. All documents that Grayson filed pursuant to 807 KAR 5:056, Section 1(7) and (9) during the period under review are incorporated into the record of this proceeding. 4. Grayson shall publish the following notice no less than 7 days or more than 21 days prior to the public hearing in a newspaper of general circulation in its service areas: A public hearing will be held on October 11 , 2012, at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of the Kentucky Public Service Commission, to examine the application of the Fuel Adjustment Clause of Grayson RECC for the period 11/1/11 through 4/30/12. Individuals interested in attending this hearing shall notify the Public Service Commission in writing of their intent to attend no later than 10/8/12. If no notices of intent to attend are received, this hearing will be cancelled and the matter shall be considered submitted for decision based on the evidence in the record. Written notice of intent to attend this hearing should be sent to: Executive Director, Kentucky Public Service Commission, P.O. Box 615, Frankfort, Kentucky 40602. 5. The official record of the proceeding shall be by video only.
