Final Order Entered: (1) Clark Energy is granted a CPC&N that authorizes it to bid on a franchise for electric services offered by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government. (2) Clark Energy, if it becomes the successful bidder, shall file two copies of the franchise agreement with the Commission's tariff branch. (3) This Order shall not be construed as granting a CPC&N to construct utility facilities for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government.
