Final Order Entered: (1) Columbia Gas is granted a CPC&N that authorizes it to bid on a franchise for natural gas services offered by the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government. (2) Columbia Gas, if it becomes the successful bidder, shall file two copies of the franchise agreement with the Commission's tariff branch. (3) This Order shall not be construed as granting a CPC&N to construct utility facilities for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government.
