Order Entered: (1) Milton shall within 14 days of the date of this Order show cause in writing why the proposed adjustment of its rates for wholesale water service to West Carroll County Water District should not be denied and that this matter should not be removed from the Commission's docket. (2) Milton's failure to file with the Commission within the prescribed time a written response to this Order shall constitute its agreement that this matter should be dismissed and this docket closed.

Order Entered: 1) This proceeding is established to determine the reasonableness of Milton's proposed wholesale rate revision. 2) West Carroll District shall be entitled to the full rights of a party and be served with copy of Commission orders and documents filed by any party to this proceeding. 3) Milton shall not take any action to charge the proposed revised wholesale water rate until obtaining Commission approval. 4) To extent permitted by law, Milton's proposed revised wholesale rate is suspended from May 15, 2012 up to and including October 14, 2012. 5) The procedural schedule set forth in Appendix A to this Order shall be followed. 6) Milton shall file no later than July 15, 2012 an original and eight copies of information in Appendix B. 7) All responses shall be appropriately bound, tabbed and indexed and include name of witness responsible for responding with copies to all parties of record and 8 copies to Commission. 8) Any party that files written testimony shall file original and 8 copies. 9) Parties shall consider any request for information from Staff as if ordered by the Commission. 10) Service of any document or pleading in paper form shall be made in accordance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 3(7). 11) Any party filing a document or pleading with the Commission shall serve such document or pleading to the party's address of record.
