Final Order Entered: 1. This case is opened to address certain outstanding petitions for confidential treatment. 2. The petitions for confidential treatment listed in Appendix B to this Order are granted. 3. The granting of these petitions shall not be cited as precedent in other proceedings before the Commission. 4. All movants shall review the petitions to determine if the material for which confidential treatment was requested still warrants confidential treatment. 5. A movant shall inform the Commission in writing, and filed in the original case file, if it determines that the information contained in a petition that is granted by this Order no longer warrants confidential treatment. 6. The Commission shall make available for inspection, upon request, any materials that a movant determines no longer warrants confidential treatment. 7. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.

Final Order Entered: (1) Big Rivers' proposed 10 DSM tariffs are approved. (2) Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Big Rivers shall file with the Commission its proposed DSM tariffs are approved herein showing the date of issue and that they were issued by authority of this Order.

Order Entered: 1. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix shall be followed. 2. a. All requests for information and responses thereto shall be appropriately bound, tabbed, and indexed and shall include the name of the witness responsible for responding to the questions related to the information provided, with copies to all parties of record and eight copies to the Commission. b. Each response shall be under oath or, be accompanied by a signed certification of the preparer or person supervising the preparation of the response on behalf of the entity that the response is true and accurate. c. A party shall make timely amendment to any prior response. d. For any request to which a party fails or refuses to furnish all or part of the requested information, that party shall provide a written explanation of the specific grounds for its failure to completely and precisely respond. 3. Any party filing testimony shall file an original and eight copies with the Commission, with copies to all parties of record. 4. At any public hearing in this matter, neither opening statements nor summarization of direct testimony shall be permitted. 5. Motions for extensions of time with respect to the schedule herein shall be made in writing and will be granted only upon a showing of good cause. 6. Nothing contained herein shall prevent the Commission from entering further Orders in this matter.

Order Entered: The supplemental tariff application submitted by Big Rivers on April 20, 2012 shall be incorporated into the record of this case. 2. Big Rivers’ proposed supplemental tariff is suspended for the one day of May 20, 2012, and shall become effective on May 21, 2012 subject to change prospectively.
