Determination of legality of agreements, transfers of facilities, easements, rights of way or other transfers of service, rights or property by BTU & Richard & Pamela Williams. 2) Letters from Jeff Derouen to Harry Thompson dated 11/18/2011 & 1/13/2012, letters from Harry Thompson to Jeff Derouen received 1/3/2012 & 2/2/2012 and, Complaint filed 1/18/2012 are made. part of this proceeding. 3) Harry Thompson & Chattaco, Inc. shall, no later than 2/17/2012, respond under oath to this Order with an original and ten copies. 4) The response to be filed with the Commission shall be served upon all parties of record. Service of any document or pleading shall be made in accordance with 807 KAR 5001, Section 3(7), and Kentucky Civil Rule 5.02. 5) All documents that the Commission requires any party to file with the Commission shall also be served upon all parties of record at or before the time of filing.
