Order Entered: Jessamine District’s proposed revision to its regulations to permit the discontinuance of water service to a customer who fails to pay his or her bill to Jessamine-South Elkhorn District for sewer service is denied. 2. Within 30 days of executing any change or amendment to the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement or executing any new agreement with Jessamine-South Elkhorn District regarding the termination of water service, Jessamine District shall provide the Commission, for informational purposes, a copy of such change, amendment or new agreement. 3. Any documents filed in the future pursuant to ordering paragraph 2 of this Order shall reference this case number and shall be retained in the utility’s genera I correspondence file.
