Order Entered: 1. A public hearing shall be held on March 9, 2012 at 1O:OO a.m., at the Commission’s offices to examine the application of the Fuel Adjustment Clause of Fleming-Mason from May 1, 201 1 through October 31, 2011. 2. Fleming-Mason shall file with the Commission, no later than 21 days from the date of this Order, an affidavit attesting to its compliance or noncompliance with the requirements of 807 KAR 5:056. 3. All documents that Fleming-Mason filed with the Commission during the period under review are incorporated by reference into the record of this proceeding. 4. Fleming-Mason shall publish the following notice no less than seven days or more than 21 days prior to the hearing. Fleming-Mason shall also file an Affidavit of Publication of Hearing Notice no later than March 6, 2012. A public hearing will be held on Friday, March 9, 2012, at 1O:OO a.m., at the Kentucky PSC, to examine the application of the Fuel Adjustment Clause of Fleming-Mason Energy Cooperative, Inc. for the period May 1, 2011- October 31, 2011. Individuals interested in attending shall notify the PSC in writing no later than March 6, 2012. If no notices are received by that date, this hearing will be cancelled and the matter shall be considered submitted for decision based on the evidence in the record. Written notice should be sent to: Executive Director, Kentucky PSC, P.O. Box 615, Frankfort, KY 40602. 5. The official record of the proceeding shall be by video.
