Order Entered: (1) The KY-TN Section's "2011 Kentucky/Tennessee Water Professionals Conference" is accredited and approved for a maximum of 11.25 credit hours of water district management training. (2) The KY-TN Section shall retain a record of all persons attending the accredited and approved course of instruction. (3) Within 14 days of the date of this Order, the KY-TN Section shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed b. If any changes in the presenters or proposed curriculum, a description of those changes c. The name of each water district commission who attended, his water district and the number of hours attended. |
