Should Manchester fail to comply with this Order within the prescribed time limits, Manchester's proposed rate shall be denied and this proceeding shall be closed without further action of the Commission.

North Manchester Water Association's Request for Extension of Time

Order Entered: (1) Manchester‘s proposed wholesale water service rate to North Manchester shall be suspended until it has been approved by the Commission or it becomes effective by operation of law. (2) North Manchester's motion for leave to intervene in this matter is granted. (3) The procedural schedule set forth in Appendix A to this Order shall be followed. (4) a. Responses shall be bound, tabbed, indexed and include the name of the witness responding. b. Each response shall be answered under oath or be accompanied by a signed certification. c. A party shall make timely amendment to any prior response. d. For any request to which a party fails or refuses to furnish all or part of the requested information, that party shall provide a written explanation. (5) At any hearing in this matter, neither opening statements nor summarization of direct testimony shall be permitted. (6) Motions for extensions of time with respect to the schedule herein shall be made in writing and will be granted only upon a showing of good cause. (7) All documents that this Order requires to be filed with the Commission shall be sewed upon all other parties. (8) Service of any document or pleading shall be made in accordance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 3(7). (9) Manchester shall file no later than April 15. 2011 the information listed in Appendix B to this Order. (10) Nothing contained herein shall prevent the Commission from entering further Orders in this matter.
