Order Entered: (1) The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix shall be followed in this case. (2) Any document filed with the Commission shall be served on all parties of record, with 10 copies to the Commission. (3) EKPC shall give notice of the hearing in accordance with 807 KAR 5:011, Section 8(5). (4) Any request to cancel this hearing shall be made by motion filed with the Commission at least one week before the hearing is scheduled to commence. (5) The official record of these proceedings shall be by video only. (6) At any public hearing, neither opening statements nor summarization of direct testimony shall be permitted. (7) EKPC shall respond to interrogatories in accordance with the procedural schedule. (8) a. Responses shall be appropriately bound. (8) b. Each response shall be answered under oath. (8) c. EKPC shall make timely amendment to any prior response if the response was incorrect when made. (8) d. Any request EKPC fail to furnish the requested information, it shall provide a written explanation. (9) Motions for extension of time shall be made in writing. (10) Nothing contained herein shall prevent the Commission from entering further Order in this matter.
