Order Entered: I. Within ten days of the date of this Order, the Complainant, Mr. Norman Vernon, shall file with the Commission the original and five copies of the information requested in Appendix A to this Order with a copy mailed to the other party. 2. Within ten days of the date of this Order, the Defendant, Louisville Gas and Electric Company, shall file with the Commission the original and five copies of the information requested in Appendix B to this Order with a copy mailed to the other party. 3. a. Order Entered: (1) The parties shall have ten days from the date of this Order to present any comments or to request a hearing. (2) If a request for hearing or comments on the application are submitted, the opposing party shall have ten days from the date of service of the request or comments to file a written response with the Commission.
