Order Entered: (1) Joint Applicants' proposed KER Rider is approved. (2) Joint Applicants shall file with the Commission status reports every six months from the date of the issuance of this Order. (3) Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Joint Applicants shall file with the Commission a comprehensive educational plan addressing the information cited in the Order.
