In the Matter of Southern Ohio Telephone Company's request that the Kentucky Public Service Commission grant it permission to construct facilities for a cell site in the City of Cold Spring, Campbell County, Kentucky, which is proposed to be constructed in furtherance of its provision of cellular telephone service authorized by the Commission and the Federal Communication Commission. It makes this request consistent with Kentucky Revised Statutes Section 278.020.
