In the Matter of the Application of Horizon Cellular Telephone Company of Spencer, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, for issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for the construction and operation of a cell site in the Kentucky Rural Service Area which includes Spencer, Nelson, Anderson, Hardin, Washington, Mercer, Larue, Marion, Green and Taylor Counties in Kentucky, has been received.
