In the Matter of the application of the Levee Road Water Association, Inc. a non-profit, non-stock, corporation organized pursuant to Chapter 273 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes , of Montgomery County, Kentucky, for (1) a certificate of public convenience and necessity, authorizing and permitting said association to expand its distribution system to additional territory not served by any water source: (2) approval of the proposed plan of financing of said project: and (3) approval of the water rates proposed to be charged by the Association to customers of the Association, has been received and filed.
