On February 25, 2025, the Commission filed an amendment to 807 KAR 5:015 Access and attachments to utility poles and facilities (02/25/2025).
A public hearing on this regulation shall be held on May 29, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. eastern daylight time at the Kentucky Public Service Commission, 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601.
Individuals interested in being heard at this hearing shall notify this agency in writing by five workdays prior to the hearing of their intent to attend.
If no notification of intent to attend the hearing is received by that date, the hearing may be canceled.
Written comments shall be accepted through May 31, 2025. Written notification of intent to be heard at the public hearing and written comments on the proposed amendment should be sent
