Public comments

Due to the current state of emergency in Kentucky, the Commission is hosting the hearing via video conference.

Public comments will be accepted at the start of the hearing.

To make a public comment at the start of the hearing: Please email psc.meeting@ky.gov to be added to the list of those requesting to speak before the hearing. Include the case number, your name, address, and phone number. You will receive an email with instructions on how to participate.

Request to make a public comment must be received at least 30 minutes before the start of the hearing.

Written comments may be submitted by email to the Public Information Officer; psc.info@ky.gov. Include the case number and provide your full name and place of residence in the body of the e-mail.

NOTE Case-related comments submitted online or by other means while a case is in progress become a part of the official case record. All documents within a case record are publicly available online. Case-related comments submitted after a case has closed do not become a part of the official case record.
