Final Order Entered: 1. Any under- or over-recoveries of gas costs that would have otherwise been reconciled in this case shall be reconciled in Navitas KY's GCR rate report in Case No. 2020-00103 for rates effective May 1, 2020. 2. The record for Case No. 2019-00372 is to be incorporated by reference into the record of Case No. 2020-00103. 3. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.

Order Entered: Navitas shall file its response to Commission Staff's First Request for Information, Item 3, in Excel spreadsheet format with all formulas intact and unprotected and with all columns and rows accessible, within five days of the date of entry of this Order.

Order Entered: 1. The TRA-approved GCR rate report presented in Navitas's response to Staff's First Request is denied. 2. The FERC-approved GCR rate set forth in the Appendix to this Order is approved, on an interim basis subject to refund, for service rendered by Navitas on and after November 1, 2019. 3. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Navitas shall file with this Commission , using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rate approved herein and reflecting that it was approved pursuant to this Order. 4. This case shall remain open until the investigation in Case No. 2019-00241 of whether the TRA-approved rate or FERC-approved rate should be used in the GCR rate calculation is closed.
