Ms. Brown and IOLA's amended complaint is rejected for failing to conform to the requirements of 807 KAR 5:001 Section 20, by failing establish a prima facie case. 3. Ms. Brown and IOLA's request to void the final Order in Case No. 2016- 00371 on grounds that it was deprived of notice due to LG&E's failure to file a separate CPCN application for the Bullitt County natural gas pipeline is dismissed. 4. This case is now closed and removed from the Commission's docket.
