All other rates and charges not specifically mentioned herein shall remain the same as those in effect under the authority of the Commission prior to the effective date of this Order. Monthly Water Rates PHASE 2 Effective 01 /31 /19 through 01 /30/20 All Water Usage First 100,000 Gallons $7.08 Minimum Bill Over 100,000 Gallons 5.04 Per 1,000 Gallons Bulk Sales $7.59 Per 1,000 Gallons Monthly Water Rates PHASE 3 Effective 01/31 /20 through 01 /30/21 All Water Usage First 100,000 Gallons $7.54 Minimum Bill Over 100,000 Gallons 5.36 Per 1,000 Gallons Bulk Sales $8.09 Per 1,000 Gallons 2. All provisions of the July 23, 2019 Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. The purchased water adjustment factor of $0.08 per 1,000 gallons is approved. 2. The rates proposed by West McCracken District are approved. 3. The rates as set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved tor water service rendered by West McCracken District on and after July 1, 2019. 4. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, West McCracken District shall file with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets showing the rates approved herein. 5. This case is hereby closed and removed from the Commission's docket.
