Order Entered: 1. LG&E's petition for confidential protection for the designated information in Exhibit 8-1, pages 6 and 7, of the GCA is granted. 2. The designated information shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for an indefinite period of time, or until further Orders of the Commission. 3. Use of the materials in question in any Commission proceeding shall comply with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. LG&E shall inform the Commission if the materials in question become publicly available or no longer qualify for confidential treatment. 5. If a non-party to this proceeding requests to inspect materials granted confidential treatment by this Order, then LG&E shall have 30 days from receipt of written notice of the request to demonstrate that the materials still fall within the exclusions from disclosure requirements established in KRS 61.878. If LG&E is unable to make such demonstration, the designated materials shall be made available for inspection. Otherwise, the Commission shall deny the request for inspection. 6. The Commission shall not make the designated materials available for inspection for 30 days following an Order finding that the materials no longer qualify for confidential protection in order to allow LG&E to seek a remedy afforded by law.

Final Order Entered: 1. The rate proposed by LG&E and set forth in the Appendix to this Order is approved for gas supplied by LG&E on and after May 1, 2019. 2. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, LG&E shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rate approved herein and reflecting that it was approved pursuant to this Order. 3. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.

LGE is filing pursuant to the provisions of the Companys Gas Supply Clause as authorized by the Commission, revised tariff sheets of LGE Tariff PSC Gas No. 11.
