Final Order Entered: 1. East Kentucky Network's Application for a CPCN to construct a wireless telecommunications facility is granted. The proposed facility consists of a self-supporting tower that will be 310 feet above ground level, including attached antennas, to be located at 944 Barton Hollow Road, Rockholds, Kentucky on a parcel of land entirely within Whitley County, Kentucky. The coordinates for the proposed facility are North Latitude 36°52'25.9774" by West Longitude 84°08'41.7248". 2. East Kentucky Network shall immediately notify the Commission in writing if, after the antenna tower is built and utility service is commenced, the tower is not used for a period of three months in the manner authorized by this Order. 3. Documents filed, if any, in the future pursuant to ordering paragraph herein shall reference this case number and shall be retained in the utility's general correspondence file. |
