Kentucky Public Service Commission

Order Entered: 1. LG&E's motion for confidential protection is granted under the exemption of KRS 61.878(1 )(c)(1 ). 2. The materials for which LG&E seeks confidential treatment shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection until further Orders of this Commission. 3. Use of the materials in question in any proceeding shall comply with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. LG&E shall inform the Commission if the materials in question become publicly available or no longer qualify for confidential treatment. 5. If a non-party to this proceeding requests to inspect materials granted confidential treatment by this Order, LG&E shall have 20 days from receipt of written notice of the request to demonstrate that the materials still fall within the exclusions from disclosure requirements established in KRS 61.878 If LG&E is unable to make such demonstration, the requested materials shall be made available for inspection. 6. The Commission shall not make the requested materials available for inspection for 20 days following an Order finding that the materials no longer qualify for confidential treatment in order to allow LG&E to seek a remedy afforded by law.

Final Order Entered: 1. The rate proposed by LG&E and set forth in Appendix A to this Order is approved for gas supplied by LG&E on and after August 1, 2018. 2. LG&E shall file responses to the requests for information in Appendix B along with its GCA application for rates effective with the November 2018 billing cycle. 3. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, LG&E shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rate approved herein and reflecting that it was approved pursuant to this Order. 4. LG&E's future GCA applications shall include the information required in finding paragraph 9. 5. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.
