The Commission's Order entered August 17, 2018, is amended to the limited extent that the Appendix attached thereto lists the corrected 3/4-lnch Meter rate schedule for service rendered by Green-Taylor District on and after August 17, 2018. 2. All other provisions of the Order entered on August 17, 2018, remain in full force and effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. The findings contained in the Staff Report are adopted and incorporated by reference into this Order as if fully set out herein. 2. The rates proposed by Green-Taylor District are denied. 3. The rates set forth in the Appendix to this Order are approved for service rendered by Green-Taylor District on and after the date of this Order. 4. Within 60 days of the date of this Order, Green-Taylor District shall file with the Commission a report of the actions it will take to prevent customers being charged incorrect rates. 5. Within 90 days of the date of this Order, Green-Taylor District shall file with the Commission a report on what actions it will take to collect any uncollected revenue due from the two commercial customers that were undercharged. 6. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Green-Taylor District shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, new tariff sheets setting forth the rates and charges approved herein and their effective date, and stating that the rates and charges were authorized by this Order. 7. Any document filed pursuant to ordering paragraphs 4 and 5 of this Order shall reference the number of this case and shall be retained in the post case correspondence file. 8. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.

Order Entered: 1. No later than May 25, 2018, Commission Staff shall file with the Commission and serve upon all parties of record a written report ("Staff Report'') containing its findings and recommendations regarding Green-Taylor's requested rate adjustment. 2. No later than 14 days after the date of the filing of the Commission Staff Report each party of record shall file with the Commission: a. Its written comments on and any objections to the findings contained in the Commission Staff Report; and b. Any additional evidence for the Commission to consider. 3. If Commission Staff finds that Green-Taylor's financial condition supports a higher rate than Green-Taylor proposes or the assessment of an additional rate or charge not proposed in Green-Taylor's Application, Green-Taylor in its response to the Commission Staff Report shall also state its position in writing on whether the Commission should authorize the assessment of the higher rate or the additional rate or charge. 4. If Commission Staff finds that changes should be made to the manner in which Green-Taylor accounts for the depreciation of Green-Taylor's assets, Green-Taylor in its response to the Commission Staff Report shall also state its position in writing on whether the Commission should require Green-Taylor to implement the proposed change for accounting purposes.
