Final Order Entered: 1. Duke Kentucky's application for approval of the boundary change agreement between Duke Kentucky and Owen Electric regarding electric service to lots 7 through 29 of the Triple Crown Subdivision in Richwood, Boone County, Kentucky, is granted. 2. A copy of the revised Territorial Map, with the revisions signed by representatives of Duke Kentucky and Owen Electric on December 27, 2016, and January 5, 2017, respectively, is attached hereto as an Appendix to this Order, and as it reflects the agreed-upon amended territorial boundary and the written agreement of Duke Kentucky and Owen Electric, it shall be attached to the Commission's official territorial boundary map. 3. Duke Kentucky's request for deviation from the filing requirements of 807 KAR 5:001, Section 7(1) is approved.
