Final Order Entered: 1. The findings contained in the Staff Report are adopted and incorporated by reference into this Order as if fully set out herein. 2. The rates proposed by Symsonia are denied. 3. The rates set forth in the Appendix to this Order are approved for services rendered by Symsonia on and after the date of this Order. 4. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Symsonia shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, new tariff sheets setting forth the rates and charges approved herein and their effective date, and stating that the rates and charges were authorized by this Order.

The customer notice shall be formatted as set forth in the Appendix to this Order. 2. Symsonia shall provide proof of publication of the notice to the Commission no later than February 22, 2018. 3. Any motion to intervene based on Symsonia's acceptance of the revenue requirement proposed in the Staff Report shall be filed no later than February 22, 2018.

Order Entered: 1. No later than January 3, 2018, Commission Staff shall file with the Commission and serve upon all parties of record a written report containing its findings regarding Symsonia's rate adjustment. 2. All provision of the Commission's Order of October 10, 2017, in conflict with provisions of this Order are vacated. All other provisions of the Order of October 10, 2017, shall remain in effect.

Order Entered: 1. The motion of the Attorney General to intervene is granted. 2. The Attorney General shall be entitled to the full rights of a party and shall be served with the Commission's Orders and with filed testimony, exhibits, pleadings, correspondence, and all other documents submitted by parties after the date of this Order. 3. The Attorney General shall comply with all provisions of the Commission's regulation, 807 KAR 5:001, Section 7, related to the service and filing of documents. 4. The Attorney General shall adhere to the procedural schedule set forth in the Commission's October 10, 2017 Order and as amended by subsequent Orders. 5. Within seven days of entry of this Order, the Attorney General shall provide his electronic mail address to which all electronic documents issued by the Commission and other parties of record may be served upon the Attorney General in accordance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 4(8).

Order Entered: 1 . This proceeding is established to review the reasonableness of Symsonia's proposed rates. 2. No later than December 7, 2017, Commission Staff shall file with the Commission and serve upon all parties of record a written report containing its findings regarding Symsonia's requested rate adjustment. 3. No later than 14 days after the date of the filing of the Commission Staff Report, each party of record shall file with the Commission: a. Its written comments on and any objections to the findings and recommendations contained in the Commission Staff Report; and b. Any additional evidence for the Commission to consider. 4. If Commission Staff finds that Symsonia's financial condition supports a higher rate than Symsonia proposes or the assessment of an additional rate or charge not proposed in Symsonia's Application, Symsonia, in its responses to the Commission Staff Report, shall also state its position in writing on whether the Commission should authorize the assessment of the higher rate or recommend an additional rate or charge. 5. If Commission Staff recommends changes in the manner in which Symsonia accounts for the depreciation of Symsonia's assets, Symsonia, in its response to the Commission Staff Report, shall also state its position in writing on whether the Commission should require Symsonia to implement the proposed change for accounting purposes.
