Final Order Entered: 1. The sewer rate requested by Oldham Woods in its original application is denied. 2. The rate as set forth In the Appendix to this Order is approved for sewer service rendered by Oldham Woods on and after the date of this Order. 3. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Oldham Woods shall file revised tariff sheets with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, setting forth the rates approved herein.

Oldham Woods Sanitation Inc. Response to Findings

Order Entered: 1. Oldham Woods shall have 14 days from the date of this Order to file with the Commission written comments, if any, on the findings and recommendations contained in the attached Amended Staff Report and to request a hearing with the Commission in this matter. 2. Oldham Woods' failure to file with the Commission written objections to a finding contained in the Amended Staff Report within 14 days of this Order shall be deemed as agreement with that finding and a waiver of any right to object to that finding. 3. If Oldham Woods requests a hearing in this matter, it shall specifically identify in its written request for hearing all objections to the findings and recommendations set forth in the Amended Staff Report and shall provide a brief summary of testimony that it expects to present at hearing. 4. Within 14 days of the date of this Order, Oldham Woods shall file with the Commission in writing its position on adjusting its rates to the level shown in Appendix B of the Amended Staff Report. 5. If Oldham Woods wishes to amend its application to request the rates shown in Appendix B of the Amended Staff Report, it shall request such amendment in its response and shall mail notice of its amended rate request pursuant to 807 KAR 5:011, Section 8, and shall provide the Commission with proof of such notice.

Notice of Filing of Commission Staff Report

Order Entered: 1. No later than July 11, 2016, Commission Staff shall file with the Commission and serve upon all parties of record a written report containing its findings and recommendations regarding Oldham Woods's requested rate adjustment. 2. No later than July 25, 2016, or 14 days after the date of the filing of the Commission Staff Report, whichever occurs earlier, each party of record shall file with the Commission: a. Its written comments on and any objections to the findings and recommendations contained in the Commission Staff Report; and b. Any additional evidence for the Commission to consider. 3. If a party requests a hearing or informal conference, then the party shall make the request in its written comments and state the reason why a hearing or informal conference is necessary. 4. If Commission Staff finds that Oldham Woods's financial condition supports a higher rate than Oldham Woods proposes or the assessment of an additional rate or charge not proposed in Oldham Woods's application, Oldham Woods in its response to the Commission Staff Report shall also state its position in writing on whether the Commission should authorize the assessment of the higher rate or the recommended additional rate or charge.

Order Entered: 1. Oldham Woods' request for deviation from the requirement of 807 KAR 5:076, Section 5(4)(e), is granted. 2. Oldham Woods' application is deemed filed as of the date of this Order.
