Order Entered: The AMRP rates in the Appendix to this Order are approved for service rendered by Columbia on and after December 31, 2015. 2. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Columbia shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rates approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order.

Order Entered: 1. Columbia's proposed AMRP tariff is suspended for one day, to be effective January 1, 2016, subject to refund. 2. Columbia shall maintain its records in such manner as will allow it, the Commission, or any customer to determine the amounts to be refunded, and to whom, in the event a refund is ordered upon final resolution of this matter. 3. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Columbia shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting forth the rates it is placing into effect and designating those rates as being subject to refund.
