Final Order Entered: 1. The water service rates requested by Western Mason are denied. 2. The water service rates set forth in Appendix A to this Order are approved for services rendered by Western Mason on and after the date of this Order. 3. The water service rates set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for services rendered by Western Mason on and after the date of the first anniversary of this Order. 4. No earlier than 30 days, but no later than 20 days prior to implementation of the rates set forth in Appendix B, Western Mason shall publish notice of the Phase 2 rates at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in its territory or place an insert in bills rendered to its customers. Notice shall be in the form set forth in Appendix D to this Order. Western Mason shall file with the Commission proof of publication no later than ten days after publication of the notice. 5. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Western Mason shall file revised tariff sheets with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, containing the rates set forth in the Appendix A and B to this Order. 6. In all future reporting periods, Western Mason shall use the "PSC Approved Service Life" set forth in Appendix C to this Order for the listed asset groups when calculating and reporting depreciation for all reporting periods after the date of this Order.

Notice of Filing Commission Staff Report

Order Entered: No later than March 24, 2015, Commission Staff shall file with the Commission and serve upon all parties of record a written report containing its findings and recommendations regarding Western Mason's requested rate adjustment. 2. No later than April 7, 2015, or 14 days after the date of the filing of the Commission Staff Report, whichever occurs earlier, each party of record shall file with the Commission: A party's failure to file written objections to a finding or recommendation contained in the Commission Staff Report by April 7, 2015, or 14 days after the date of the filing of the Commission Staff Report, whichever occurs earlier, shall be deemed as agreement with that finding or recommendation. 6. Unless all parties request that this matter be submitted for decision upon the existing record, an informal conference shall be held in this matter on April 14, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, at the Commission's offices at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky. Each party shall file with the Commission, no later than April 21, 2015, a list of the persons it intends to call as witnesses at the scheduled hearing and a summary of each witness's expected testimony.12. Any motion to intervene shall be filed no later than January 30, 2015. 13. A person who submits a motion to intervene after January 30, 2015, and upon a showing of good cause is granted full intervention shall accept and abide by the existing procedural schedule.
